Refund Policy
Returns within the USA:
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. Please follow these steps:
1. Notify Us of Your Return
Send an email to val@snozzlepro.com with the subject line “RETURN ORDER #___” (include your order number, which you can find in your order confirmation email and on the product mailing label).
2. Ship Your Return
Please ship your package using a carrier that provides tracking information. Ensure your order number is clearly marked on the return package.

Shipping Costs for Returns
You are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping charges are non-refundable, and the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If your order originally qualified for free shipping, the full purchase amount will be refunded.
Return Policy Conditions
- We only accept returns from the original purchaser or gift recipient.
- We only accept returns for items purchased directly from snozzlepro.com.
- Products purchased through third-party retailers (including department stores and other websites) must be returned directly to the original point of purchase, according to their return policy.
- Proof of purchase from snozzlepro.com is required.
International Returns:
International returns may be authorized on a case-by-case basis within 15 days of delivery. These returns are subject to additional fees, including duties, taxes, and customs charges, which are the responsibility of the buyer. Returns will not be accepted unless all shipping charges and applicable duties/taxes are prepaid.
To initiate an international return, please email val@snozzlepro.com with the subject line “RETURN INTERNATIONAL ORDER #___” (include your order number, which you can find in your order confirmation email and on the product mailing label). Shipping costs are non-refundable. Proof of purchase from snozzlepro.com is required.
Gift Cards:
Gift cards are non-returnable and cannot be refunded.
Refunds (if applicable):
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment within 7 business days.
Damaged Products:
If your product arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. Retain the damaged product and packaging as we will need to file a claim with the carrier. You will be required to fill out an online affidavit and provide photos of the damaged product and packaging. Once the claim is processed, we will send you a replacement.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable):
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please follow these steps:
1. Check your bank account.
2. Contact your credit card company – it may take some time for your refund to be posted.
3. Contact your bank, as processing times may vary.
4. If you've done all the above and still haven’t received your refund, please email us at val@snozzlepro.com.
Order Modifications and Cancellations:
Once your order has been marked as shipped, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
