Problem: I don't know which end of the SnozzlePro to use on my attachment.

Solution: The SnozzlePro TOP (end opposite the SnozzlePro logo) is used on your nozzle attachment. Be sure to follow our how-to-use video for step-by-step instructions.

Problem: It doesn't fit on my Xtava Black Orchid Hair Diffuser.

Solution: It may seem like the SnozzlePro TOP is "too small" to fit the Xtava Black Orchid Diffuser nozzle, but it actually isn't! SnozzlePro must be tight-fitting to stay securely attached to this short nozzle diffuser. SnozzlePro WILL STRETCH when enough effort is applied.

Problem: The diffuser falls off.

Solution: Make sure the SnozzlePro TOP (end opposite the SnozzlePro logo) is fully connected to the diffuser nozzle. Push SnozzlePro further onto the nozzle until it’s snugged-up tight against the diffuser head. Diffuse on low-speed and low heat. PRO TIP: To improve your SnozzlePro's super-grippy grip, wash it in dishwashing liquid and air dry. Need more help? Follow our how-to-use video for step-by-step instructions or contact us for assistance.

Problem: It doesn't grip as well as it used to.

Solution: To improve the grip of your SnozzlePro, wash it in dishwashing liquid to remove any product residue or dirt and air dry.

Problem: It won't stay on my hair dryer.

Solution: Make sure the SnozzlePro BOTTOM (end with SnozzlePro logo) is placed over your hair dryer nozzle and secured into place. Diffuse on low-speed and low heat. To improve your SnozzlePro's super-grippy grip, wash it in dishwashing liquid and air dry before use.

Problem: The diffuser is too heavy for my Dyson hair dryer and it falls off.

Solution: Once SnozzlePro is attached to the Xtava Black Orchid Hair Diffuser, insert the Dyson Smoothing Nozzle* ONLY HALFWAY into SnozzlePro BOTTOM. (Do NOT over-insert the Smoothing Nozzle; it will cause the diffuser to detach.) *NOTE: If your Dyson hair dryer came equipped with only the wide (thin) concentrator nozzle, the Dyson "Smoothing" nozzle (Part no. 967703-05) can be purchased directly from Dyson.com. Do not use SnozzlePro on Dyson hair dryers manufactured prior to April 2018. Please check your model prior to using.
